From a Candidate to the Leader

Internships are a powerful way to enrich your professional journey — but they are an initiative, not an obligation.

Our program is designed to support both sides of your career development:

  • First, by equipping you with the tools to stand out as a strong candidate — mastering CV writing, interview performance, and international career dynamics.

  • Then, by preparing you to step into leadership roles — guiding teams, making strategic hiring decisions, and navigating workplace challenges with confidence.

While internships are not formally embedded in the curriculum, students are encouraged to pursue them independently. Our team provides guidance and support, helping you make the most of every opportunity.

Located in Geneva, the program offers access to a global network of institutions — a unique environment to grow both professionally and personally.
