About the Course

Planning takes time, but often plans are left on paper. This is frustrating and demotivating. We make endless lists, assign and reassign priorities, sort things by importance and urgency, and the feeling of eternal rush is not lost. We are still frustrated that we do not pay enough attention to the most important things in life, and the goals we set remain unfulfilled dreams.
However, it is possible to strive for our goals, to achieve them in stages and without fuss, without abandoning what we started in the multitask flow.
Planning is a tool with which you can build all your to-do lists as a holistic movement towards the desired goal. The main thing is to be able to use this tool.

Employees will learn how to:

  • Create the structure of a personal plan based on your own ideas about values;
  • Assign tasks to this structure;
  • Determine which checklists, to-do lists, diaries, tables, calendars to use;
  • Build weekly cycles based on the actions of the annual plan and the list of planned tasks;
  • Retrospectively analyze previous planning stages;
  • Define how to make the decision on the exception of actions from the plan.
