About the Course

What is more important — spiritual development or physical health, creative realization or achievements in work, relationships with other people, or emotional well-being?
All of these are necessary areas of our lives, all of which contribute to the feeling of happiness.
And it is important to achieve a balance in these different areas in order to feel satisfied with your work.
With the help of simple questions, you will see the balance of your areas of life, and you will be able to assess which areas require attention and recovery in order to feel the fullness of life.
The course is practical. You will complete tasks, analyze different areas of life and, based on your personal experience, create a step-by-step plan to build your own wellness strategy.

Employees will learn how to:

  • Shape their personal meanings;
  • Maintain a balance in different areas of life;
  • To exit imbalances by simply analyzing and evaluating the areas of life;
  • Maintain focus on what is important and see the big picture;
  • Apply personal strategy building tactics in life.
