About the Course
In this course, we will look at what rules are worth considering in remote work to leave an impression not only as a professional, but also as a person who is pleasant to deal with, who thinks and cares about the comfort of others, and who can calmly and politely mark his or her own boundaries.
You will learn the rules of behavior in the digital environment, compliance with which will help make interaction in a remote team clear, safe, comfortable, and transparent for all participants.
Employees will learn how to:
- Follow digital etiquette and create a comfortable atmosphere for themselves and others when interacting online;
- Designate work time and space boundaries for others and respect the designated boundaries of others;
- Recognize the signs of digital overload and switch in time;
- Prevent misunderstandings, conflicts, and communication tensions caused by the use of remote communications;
- Build and establish comfortable relationships with colleagues, even in the absence of face-to-face contact.
