The Patek Philippe Museum in Geneva, opened in November 2001, possesses one of the world’s most prestigious watch collections.

About 2,500 timepieces, jewels and portrait miniatures on enamel invite visitors on a fabulous journey through five centuries of Geneva, Swiss and European watchmaking and offer a panoramic overview of Patek Philippe production since 1839.

For more than a century Switzerland has enjoyed the status of the capital of international sport. Since 1915, Lausanne has been home to the International Olympic Committee, developing dozens of sports. FIFA and IIHF are based in Zurich and UEFA in Nyon.

Lausanne is also home to the headquarters of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
